Frances Andrews Crouch passed away peacefully on Friday, March 25, 2011 at MCV Hospital in Richmond.

Frances was the daughter of the late Junious Lloyd Andrews, Sr. and Mary Vick Andrews. She was a faithful charter member of New Testament Christian Church. She was a homemaker and a certified nurse’s aid and cared for many people in the community.

She was predeceased by her husband, Francis “Bee” Crouch, a sister, Helen A. Jenkins, and her husband, Tommy; two brothers, David P. Andrews and Graham M. Andrews, and his wife, Ann N. Andrews.

She leaves to cherish her memory her daughter, Becky C. Spragins, and her husband, Tommy “Toes” W. Spragins; two grandsons, Joshua T. Spragins and Jacob A. Spragins; her brother, Lloyd Andrews, and his wife, Connie, of Roanoke Rapids; four nieces, Kathy J. Keeter, Susan A. Doughtie, Pam Andrews, Lou Andrews Morton; four nephews, Jarman Jenkins, Jodie Andrews, Andy Andrews, and Mitchell Andrews; and a special friend, “Bootsie” Hale, along with many others.

Askew Funeral & Cremation Services is handling the arrangements, where the family will receive friends on Sunday, March 27, from 5:00 to 6:30 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Monday, March 28, at 11:00 a.m. at New Testament Christian Church in Roanoke Rapids with Minister Dale Morris and Rev. Randy Martin officiating. Interment will follow at Cedarwood Cemetery in Roanoke Rapids.
